The weather is very cold recently, Hot Pot is the perfect match for the winter.

We planned to eat this hot pot with our friends last time, but there were quite a lot of guests inside and still a lot of people waiting in line outside, so we went to eat steak instead of hot pot.

The exterior and interior decoration of this restaurant is very Chinese style, and online evaluation is very good, so we decided to have this hot pot this time.

Because my friend is from the north of China, eat spicy;I am a southerner ,do not eat spicy.So, we ordered a double-flavor hot pot, half soup pot is not spicy, the other half is spicy.

We ordered Tofu, Mutton Rolls, Beef Rolls, Bacon Rolls, Kelp, Potato Chips, and other vegetables, as well as blueberry juice, sweet,a very drinkable juice.

However, I only took three photos which are more particularly good-looking dishes.

最近天气很冷，火锅是冬天的绝配。

上次，跟朋友本来打算要吃这家火锅的，里面的客人实在比较多，外面还有一堆人在排队，所以我们就暂时去吃了牛排。

这家的外部和内部装修很中国风，而且网上评价非常好，于是就跟决定这次来这家吃下火锅。

因为，我朋友是北方人，吃辣，我是南方人不吃辣，所以，我们就点了一份鸳鸯锅，一半汤锅是不辣的，另一半是辣的。

我们点了豆腐 ，羊肉卷，牛肉卷，培根卷，海带，土豆片，还有其他青菜，还有蓝莓汁，甜甜的很好喝。

不过，我就只拍了三个比较特别好看的菜而已。

Beef rolls, we often eat in hot pot.This cut texture, looks like marble grain, very beautiful, and taste very fresh, very authentic.

牛肉卷，经常吃火锅的时候，必吃的，这个切的纹理，很像大理石纹路的，非常漂亮，而且味道很新鲜，非常正宗。

Potato chips, cut very thin, placed like flowers.Most importantly, when it is boiled, you will find potato chips are crystal clear.

土豆片，切得非常薄，摆得像花一样，更重要的是，当它烫熟了后，捞起来，就会发现土豆片是晶莹剔透的。

The leaf type kelp is very lovely.

树叶型的海带，感觉挺可爱的。

It tastes good. When you choose the double-flavor hot pot, you can choose a slightly spicy, hot or very spicy. My friend told me that it’s very spicy that he hasn’t have so spicy hot pot in his city. But the Hot Pot is really delicious.

味道，都很不错，当你选择鸳鸯锅的时候，可以选择微辣，辣或者非常辣的口味。我们点的辣，我朋友说他们在北方都没吃过这么辣的，而且是麻辣的，不过吃起来比较有味道。

The outside decoration is the wooden doors and windows of Chinese ancient buildings, and the doorway is the stone dragon sculpture.

外面的装修，就是中国古建筑一样的木制门窗，门口就是这个龙的石雕。

And a group of fish upwards on a bricks wall.

还有这种一群鱼往上游在砖瓦堆成的墙上。

The tables and chairs are more Chinese-style wooden tables and chairs, the restaurant hang a lot of lanterns, I really like this traditional Chinese-style hot pot restaurant.

里面的桌椅都是比较中国式的木制桌椅，上面挂着很多灯笼，很喜欢这种传统型的中国式火锅店。
